The place is huge.

I have stayed in a king room with a safe, television, and a mini bar fridge. The setting is beautiful and magnificent, near to Ifrane City centre and the spa, pool, hills and forest around and the Oriental restaurant.

The staff were helpful the whole time. The location of the property was incredible, close to city center as walking distance. Besides, it was near the spa, pool, hills and forest around, the International a Restaurant and ifrane and regions.

Whatever you need is this tastefully decorated and extremely pleasant room with pastries which were very delicious, nice views. Offers excellent service and good food.

The location was peaceful and spectacular, close to Mosque. Greatly enjoyed the room with nice views, my bed was comfortable.

The hotel was wonderful and immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and extremely pleasant rooms. The staff were both well-trained and outstandingly helpful. The restaurant was good with a view, I tried delicious dishes. And it had a stunning view of the mountains and surrounding landscape.

I liked staying in this luxurious and fantastic hotel based in a royal building. The room was exquisite and compact with a shower and hair dryers in the private bathroom. Fantastic and beautiful location very close to the cafe and forests all around and a garden to die for and surrounding mountains, I felt safe. The food was outstanding, had plenty of options. I would recommend the place.

We spent Christmas at the hotel and the festive decorations were charming. They offered complimentary mulled wine and gingerbread cookies, which we enjoyed next to the cozy fireplace. The location was convenient for skiing, and there were plenty of slopes for all levels. the hot cocoa at the chalet was delicious and perfect for a mid-ski break.

The food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were not very friendly or accommodating.

The ambiance was just magnificent, the service was second to none and every member of staff friendly at all times

I liked it all, if anything I might have expected my car to have been cleaned from a hotel of this status.

The total experience was really really nice, I would recomand. Impeccably clean, good value hotel, its location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice and so close to the Moroccan/Lebanese restaurant and forests all around. The staff was professional and provided good service. Liked a safe, television and a mini bar fridge in the room. A tub was excellent and everything was amazing.

Spacious, comfortable suite. Excellent food and restaurants. Big indoor swimming pool. Professional and friendly staff. Great alternative to Fez. Easy visit to Fez from Ifrane. Beautiful ambience and views. Superb service and management.

Huge and impeccably clean hotel, location was exceptionally nice short walk to forest and a taxi to pick up medication. The staff were professional and knew the area. The food was outstanding with a wide array of choice!
